Electrical Wiring and Installation
As part of our total solutions package Suffolk Automation offer electrical services using industry standard software to produce our own designs. To ease installation we will include schematics, bills of materials, purchase order lists and point to point wiring lists.

We work closely with installers of equipment to meet their requirement and to provide final commissioning of the control system at completion. Suffolk Automation have produced designs and installed industrial wiring solutions and even sub stations at sites throughout the UK and for many different industry sectors.

Technical Support and Breakdown
Machine downtime costs you money and can affect your future viability. We understand what this means and we aim to get you back into production rapidly. Our engineers are experienced in electrical diagnosis, PLC problems, motors and drives and motion control systems. We can pin-point any problem quickly and provide you with the solution to resume normal productivity.

If required we can also provide advice, consultancy, training on preventative maintenance and critical spare part management. A computerised maintenance management system can be installed to maximise the true potential for monitoring and minimising downtime.
